PetAddah.pk accepts eligible products for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt. Customers must provide their order number or order details when requesting a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all original accessories, parts, tags, or other items included where applicable. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or misused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Pet food, treats, litter, supplements, and other consumable products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition.

Electrical and electronic products, including water fountains and similar items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing or covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by PetAddah.pk. Customers should contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Upon receiving the returned product, PetAddah.pk will inspect it to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after the returned parcel has been received and verified.

Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders or where the original payment method cannot be used, PetAddah.pk will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Eligible products may also be exchanged for another product, subject to availability. If the replacement product is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference in price before the replacement is dispatched. If the replacement product is cheaper, the price difference may be refunded or otherwise settled with the customer.

PetAddah.pk reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions stated above or if the return request is made after the 7-day return period.
